The Guttenerb 12 ton press is designed with high power in a small package to press the maximum rosin out of your personal selected product. This press is meticulously designed to accompany the chef in their kitchen with its undercabinet height, power bar lever for maximum pressure with minimal effort and food conscious construction material.
- Set the press temperature between 175-250F.
- After it has reached its desired temperature, place the product between parchment paper and press for about 1 1/2 minutes (adjust the time and temperature based on your personalized result) .
- Remove the rosin from the parchment paper and place in a heat safe container.
- Then carbonizing the rosin in an oven at 220F for 25-30 minutes (temperature and time can be adjusted for your desired result). Next, mix the rosin with MCT oil for tinctures or butter or any other fatty carrier for edibles.
